Liv Birgit Christensen

Liv Birgit is a native of Norway. Two of her grandparents were born in Trøndelag, mormor in Namdalseid and morfar in Storlidalen, Oppdal. She is now a genealogist and have written the book Exploring Norwegian Genealogy together with Margaret Strand. She does Heritage travel with clients and her blog: https://genealogicalresearchnorway.blog/ presents many posts about her Trøndelag heritage. She is also a contributor to Mondays with Myrt, a free, online genealogy discussion group hosted by Pat Richley-Erickson (known as "DearMYRTLE") where she often presents stories from Trøndelag. She lives in Bærum, a suburb of Oslo. There she is the leader of a local group of Slekt og Data (the largest genealogy society in Norway).
